In this episode I sit down in Sugarhouse Park with Dr Niki Davis. Niki is a rocket scientist turned board certified medical doctor who specializes in plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Her passion is to educate others on how to prevent and reverse chronic disease through a whole food plant based diet and healthy lifestyle.
This was a light-hearted, fun, free-flowing convo that we could have kept rolling for hours. We discuss the 6 foundational pillars of lifestyle medicine, Ikigai, “exercise”, community, purpose, the role of play in health, and… pickleball.
